Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to treasure every piece you take home. If something isn't quite right, our return and exchange policy makes it easy to put it right.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery or in-store purchase, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by its original invoice, certificate, tags, and packaging.
Items must be in resaleable condition. Signs of wear, resizing, engraving, or alteration by a third party will make a piece ineligible.
Non-returnable Items
Custom-made, bespoke, engraved, or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged, as each is crafted uniquely for you.
Items purchased under clearance or special promotions may be exchange-only; this will be noted at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate
Write to us or visit any Jai Shyam Gold showroom with the item and original invoice. Our team will verify the piece and confirm your eligibility.
For exchanges, the value of your returned item is adjusted against your new selection at the prevailing rate; any difference is payable or refundable accordingly.
