Order Cancellation Policy

Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our Return & Exchange policy applies instead.

Custom, bespoke, and made-to-order pieces may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After production begins, the advance paid towards materials and craftsmanship is non-refundable.

Eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method as per our Refund policy. Gold-rate-linked advances are settled at the rate prevailing on the cancellation date.
