Buyback Policy

All hallmarked gold and certified diamond jewellery purchased from Jai Shyam Gold is eligible for buyback at any of our showrooms.

Gold is valued on net gold weight at the prevailing market rate for the corresponding purity on the day of buyback.

Certified diamonds are bought back as per their certificate and our prevailing diamond buyback schedule. Stones, beads, and non-gold components may be assessed separately.

Please bring the original invoice and any certificates issued with the piece. Valid government ID is required to complete the transaction.
