Refund Policy

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and typically reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash purchases, refunds are made by bank transfer to an account in the buyer's name.

For gold and bullion, the refundable amount reflects the prevailing gold rate on the day of return, which may differ from the purchase-day rate.

Applicable making charges, customisation charges, and certification fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
